About Linkt

We deploy intelligence in the shape of your company.

Linkt exists to make AI an asset you own — not a subscription you rent. We embed with organizations to deploy intelligence around how they actually operate, rapidly and safely.

The last decade of software taught companies to rent someone else's opinion of how they should work. We think the next decade belongs to the organizations that own their intelligence — built around their data, their workflows, and their standards.

Why we exist

Most AI is built to keep the value with the vendor.

The dominant model is simple: you pay for access, the system improves, and the asset accumulates to whoever sold it to you. Your data trains their product. Your dependence becomes their moat. The harder the AI is to make useful, the more that difficulty stays your problem.

So we took the opposite side of the table.

We started Linkt because the companies doing the real work — the institutions, the operators, the regulated enterprises — deserve the opposite arrangement. The intelligence should compound for them. The workflows should bend to their reality, not a generic template. And the whole thing should clear a security review on the first pass, not the fifth. So we don't sell tokens, and we don't sell an opinion. We deploy AI in the shape of your company — and we leave you owning what we build.

Owning it is not the same as being handed it.

A handover that is only a repository is a way of making dependence somebody else's problem. Ownership means your team can change the thing: the evaluation harness that says whether a change made it better, the runbook for when it misbehaves, and the sessions where our engineers work through it with yours. We would rather leave behind a team that no longer needs us than a system only we can touch.

We would rather be judged on production than on pilots.

The industry's favourite unit of progress is the pilot, because a pilot can succeed without anything changing. We are not interested in that. Every engagement is pointed at a workflow with real users, a real standard and somebody accountable for the outcome — which is a harder promise to make, and the only one worth making.

What we stand for

The principles behind every deployment.

01

Fit the company, not the template.

We deploy around how you already operate — your data, your processes, your edge cases — instead of asking you to reshape the business around a product.

02

You own the asset.

What we build compounds for you. The intelligence, the data, and the workflows stay yours — never collateral for someone else's roadmap.

03

Security is the starting line.

Scoped access, audit trails, and guardrails are built in from day one — so deployments clear review instead of stalling in it.

04

Forward-deployed, always.

Our engineers embed with your team. We measure ourselves on shipped outcomes in production, not slideware or pilots that never graduate.

Where we are

Built in Austin, deployed wherever you are.

Linkt is an Austin company, and forward-deployed means the work travels — our engineers sit with your team wherever that team actually sits. Austin and Central Texas partners get more time in the room; everyone else gets the same engineers on a plane.

Where we draw lines

Four things we will not do.

Every consultancy has a list like this. Most keep it internal, which is how clients discover it late.

01

We do not sell seats.

Nothing we build is priced on how many of your people are allowed to benefit from it. Charging per head for your own intelligence is the arrangement we exist to replace.

02

We do not take the data with us.

Your data serves your deployment. It does not train anything of ours, it does not become a benchmark, and it does not follow us to the next engagement.

03

We do not ship what we cannot evaluate.

If we cannot score it against cases your experts have judged, it does not go to production. That rule has cost us weeks; it has never cost us a deployment.

04

We do not start where nothing can be measured.

If success cannot be described before we build, we will say so on the first call rather than discover it together in month four.

How we work

Embedded, in production, in weeks.

We work the way the best internal teams do — close to the problem, fast to ship, and accountable for what happens after launch.

01

Embed

Forward-deployed engineers sit with your team to learn the real workflows, constraints, and definitions of done.

Week one is not a discovery deck. It is sitting with the people doing the work, watching where the day actually goes, and finding the steps that never made it into any process document.

02

Deploy

We stand up intelligence around your systems — scoped, secured, and shaped to your operation from the first build.

Scopes, audit trails and approval gates are written at the same time as the feature, so the security review is a conversation about what is already there rather than a list of things to go add.

03

Compound

What ships keeps improving and stays yours, so the value accrues to your organization over time — not the vendor.

Corrections from your team become the system's standard. The longer it runs against your work, the more it sounds like your best people on their best day.
