Solutions · Company Brain

Every answer your company already knows.

A single intelligence layer over your documents, tools, and tribal knowledge — so anyone can get a grounded answer in seconds.

Book a call
What it does

One brain across everything you know.

Unify scattered knowledge into a living asset every team can query — grounded, permissioned, and always current.

Unified search

Ask across docs, wikis, tickets, code, and chat from one place.

Grounded answers

Every response cites its source, so people can trust and verify it.

Team copilots

Tailored assistants for each function, all drawing on the same brain.

Knowledge capture

Turn scattered tribal knowledge into a living, searchable asset.

Permission-aware

Everyone sees only what they're allowed to — nothing more.

Always current

Syncs with your sources so answers never go stale.

In practice

Why this is harder than it looks.

The knowledge exists. Finding it is the job.

Almost nothing a company needs to know is genuinely missing. It is in a wiki page nobody links to, a thread from eighteen months ago, a PDF in a shared drive, and — most of it — in the heads of four people who have been there long enough. The cost is not ignorance. It is the tax every new question pays in interruptions and re-derivation.

Tribal knowledge is the hard part, and the valuable part.

The knowledge that makes your company good at its job is exactly the knowledge that was never written down, because the people who have it never needed to write it down. Capturing it well means preserving the caveats and the judgment, not flattening it into a tidy FAQ that is confidently wrong at the edges.

Grounded, or it is worse than nothing.

An internal assistant that is occasionally, invisibly wrong is a liability — people either stop trusting it or, worse, stop checking it. Every answer links back to the document it came from, so verifying takes one click and the system earns trust the same way a good colleague does: by being checkable.

Permissions are inherited, not reinvented.

Access mirrors the controls you already run across every connected source. Someone who cannot open a document cannot get its contents by asking a question about it, and the brain never becomes the quiet workaround that makes your access model meaningless.

How we deploy it

Trustworthy because it's grounded.

Respects your permissions

Access mirrors your existing controls across every source.

Your knowledge stays yours

It never trains someone else's product.

Source-grounded, not guessed

Answers link back to the document they came from.

How we deploy

Embedded, in production, in weeks.

The same three moves on every engagement, whatever the workload.

01

Embed

Forward-deployed engineers sit with your team to learn the real workflows, constraints, and definitions of done.

02

Deploy

We stand up intelligence around your systems — scoped, secured, and shaped to your operation from the first build.

03

Compound

What ships keeps improving and stays yours, so the value accrues to your organization over time — not the vendor.

Questions

Company Brain, answered.

What sources can it read?

The ones you already run — document stores, wikis, ticketing, chat, code, and internal systems of record. Which ones go in first is a scoping decision we make with you, usually starting with wherever the most repeated questions are already being answered by hand.

How do you stop it inventing an answer?

Responses are generated from retrieved source material and cite it. When the brain does not have grounds for an answer, the correct behaviour is to say so and point at the nearest relevant material — which is a design decision we hold it to, not a hope.

What about documents that are simply out of date?

Recency and source authority are part of retrieval, and the citation makes the age of an answer visible rather than hidden. Deployments almost always surface a set of stale documents in the first weeks — that cleanup is a genuine side benefit.

Is this just search with a chat box?

Search finds you documents; this answers the question and shows its work, including when the answer is assembled from several places. The team copilots on top of it are also shaped per function, so support, engineering and sales are not handed the same generic assistant.
